1:1 COACHING
Through detailed assessment of your health history, risk factors, and current symptoms, I create personalized protocols focused on reducing inflammation, optimizing nutrition, and addressing root causes. Using evidence-informed natural approaches, I work alongside your conventional medical care to help manage symptoms, slow progression, and improve quality of life.
Initial consultation (1 hour) Personalized plan + follow-up call within 24 hours, so recommendations are fully understood, the reasoning behind recommendations, handouts associated with the consultation, and to address any questions you may have.
One follow-up appointment is scheduled 4-8 weeks after the initial consultation, depending on the severity of health concerns. This session allows us to assess your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and address new questions that may have arisen
Advanced package
The package is the same as the 1:1 consultation, plus it includes 3 follow-ups scheduled over a 6-month period to ensure the most effective support for your long-term health journey.
