Hi, I’m ANTHONY
I’m a fully qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist with the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).
At the age of 39, I realised my physical health was in a slow decline, and unless I took responsibility for my health, I would just become another statistic for chronic disease in Ireland. I started eliminating processed foods, transitioned to whole foods, and increased protein intake. After seeing a significant improvement in mood, sleep, weight and increased energy, I quickly realized the benefits of nutrition.
At the age of 40, I started strength training after reading and researching about the importance and benefits it offers in later life. After discovering the positive benefits both mentally and physically, I set out to find a way to help other men to take charge of their own health.
At age 45, I decided to return to education after nearly 30 years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. My journey now is to educate and empower men and women to regain control of their health. I specialize in helping men navigate the unique nutritional challenges they face, particularly during midlife. As men enter their 40s and 50s, many experience andropause, the age-related hormonal shift that can significantly impact quality of life when left unaddressed. As testosterone levels gradually decline, it is accompanied by unaddressed symptoms like fatigue, abdominal weight gain, and decreased muscle mass.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with practical lifestyle strategies to help balance hormones naturally and restore energy, strength, and vitality during this important transition. Rather than promoting or selling short-term fixes or extreme programs, I focus on sustainable changes that integrate seamlessly into your daily routine. Drawing from both scientific research and my personal journey, I help clients understand not just what to eat, but how to build consistent habits that support long-term health. I believe that nutrition should be empowering, not overwhelming, which is why I translate complex nutritional science into clear, actionable guidance that works in the real world.
I strongly believe in the power of prevention rather than relying on any treatment. My approach to health has always been proactive, addressing the root causes before they develop into Chronic conditions. Medical intervention is reserved for emergencies, which I'm grateful have been few and far between in my journey.
I will always be transparent and honest in the information I share.
