Certified Nutritionist Helping you Build Better Health, One Habit at a Time

In my late thirties, I started to realise the weight I was carrying wasn’t just about how I looked. I was dealing with low energy, poor recovery, and I wasn’t performing the way I should have been for my age.

What I didn’t understand at the time was visceral fat—fat stored around the organs that is metabolically active, it doesn’t always show on the outside. Visceral fat actively secretes hormones and inflammatory molecules, influencing metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and cardiovascular risk.

At 39, I realised I needed to change my diet and lifestyle. My weight was getting out of control, and the symptoms that came with it were becoming harder to ignore.
Change wasn’t easy, but seeing the physical changes and feeling the difference in my energy kept me on track. Over time, things started to shift—and more importantly, it has stayed that way.

That discovery deepened my commitment to understanding what actually drives lasting change. It led me to the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I trained and qualified as a Nutritional Therapist.

Today I work with clients using both professional expertise and lived experience. I know what it feels like to be where you are. And I know what it takes to move forward.

As a qualified Nutritional Therapist based in Dublin, I specialise in helping individuals understand the root causes of their health concerns, rather than just managing symptoms. I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I earned my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, and I continue to build my practice around evidence‑based, client‑centred care.

My approach is rooted in one core principle:

to investigate the root cause of your symptoms so you can take back control of your health.

Rather than offering quick fixes, I focus on personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies that create meaningful, long‑term change. Every consultation is tailored to your unique needs, your history, and your goals.

To make support accessible and flexible, I provide consultations online, allowing clients across Ireland and beyond to receive guidance from the comfort of their own home.

My mission is simple:

to empower people to take back control of their health through clarity, education, and practical steps that fit real life.

I strongly believe in the power of prevention rather than relying on any treatment. My approach to health has always been proactive, addressing the root causes before they develop into Chronic conditions. Medical intervention is reserved for emergencies, which I'm grateful have been few and far between in my journey.
